Worship Team Auditions

 

We are always looking to add musically talented people with a heart for worship to our team!  We are so thankful for all that God is doing in and through our worship here at MEDIC Church.  We know that God has blessed each of us with a special talent, the bible tells us so in

Romans 12:6-8 “In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So, if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly.”

Handbook

Click the MEDIC Church Worship Team Handbook button below read and review the whole package.  Please make sure you have read and can commit to the handbook before submitting your Worship Audition Video.

Step 3

Worship Audition Video Submission

We are accepting all auditions via video submissions.  If you would like to audition for multiple instruments, or an instrument and vocals, you will need to submit separate videos for each.

​

Please submit video via YouTube:

• Under privacy settings select “UNLISTED”

• Title with “YOUR NAME-MC Worship Audition.” 

• Once you have uploaded your video, email the Audition Video link to pastormichel@medicchurch.com

Choose one of the following songs and record a video of yourself playing along or singing with the recording.

• What A Beautiful Name by Hillsong Worship

Step 4

Live Audition/Interview

Live Auditions will be invitation only.

We will email those who we would like to see audition live.  Please do not email in regard to your status.

For your interview, be on time and dress as you would for stage.

 

Step 5

Welcome/1st Rehearsal

The Worship Leader will contact you and let you know when your 1st rehearsal will be.

We wish you all the very best of luck.  Please note NOT everyone will be selected for the worship team.  This will be a very prayerful consideration as well as talent and other criteria.  If you are not selected, that does not mean you can never be on the worship team! This just might not be the right moment.  Please do not get upset!!! If you are not selected we will get you feedback on where you need to improve.
